These terms govern your use of yandef.com, operated by YandF DEV, based in Rabat, Morocco. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
1. What this site is
This is a company website: it describes our services, presents past work and lets you get in touch. It is not a shop, and no contract for services is formed by using it.
2. Quotes, prices and estimates
- Prices and packages shown on the site, including on our pricing page, are indicative starting points published for guidance. They are not an offer capable of acceptance.
- A binding engagement starts only when we and you sign a written proposal or contract setting out scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment terms. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.
- Timelines quoted in a proposal assume the inputs we ask you for (content, access, approvals) arrive when agreed.
3. Using the site
You agree not to:
- submit the forms automatically, in bulk, or for anything other than a genuine enquiry;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or data you are not authorised to see;
- probe, scan or test the site's security without our written permission;
- copy substantial parts of the site to republish them elsewhere;
- use the site in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to admin@yandef.com before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design, text, code, logos and graphics belong to YandF DEV or to its licensors, and are protected by Moroccan and international copyright law. You may read, print and share pages for your own information. Any other reuse - reproduction, adaptation, distribution or public display - needs our written permission.
Client names, logos and screenshots appear with the permission of the clients concerned and remain their property. Third-party technology logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are shown to describe the tools we use, not to imply endorsement.
5. Case studies and figures
The results published in our case studies describe what happened on that project, for that client, in that context. They are evidence of what we have done, not a promise of what your project will achieve. Where a figure is measured we say how; where a project is confidential we say that instead of inventing detail.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party site we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we publish it "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and content may be out of date between updates. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website - for example lost profit, lost data or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Moroccan law.

9. Changes
We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
